Quality Auto Glass Inc. was founded by Ron and Karen Morris in 1987. The company began as a small family business and grew into a well-established corporation with two locations that proudly serve central New Jersey.
With over 20 years of experience, the company’s philosophy has always remained the same: safety and customer satisfaction come first. From personal vehicles to local car dealers, trucking companies and insurance agents they treat every vehicle as if it were their own.

I founded Quality Auto Glass Inc. in 1987. As the president, I am very proud to say that I have over 30 years of experience in the auto glass industry. This experience has enabled me to seek out superior installers as well as a very skilled office staff. I am a big advocate of putting safety first and customer satisfaction is always the key priority for Quality Auto Glass. I oversee all of the daily operations from installation to sales and am very involved in all aspects of the company, which helps me understand the needs of our customers.
When my husband and I first opened Quality Auto Glass Inc. in 1987, I helped manage the business from home as I raised my three young children. The company has come a very long way since then, and I now oversee all financial operations and work closely with the office staff to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
1993 and oversee all of the daily operations. Prior, I gained diverse experience in a variety of management and mechanical positions including five years of service in the US Air Force.
I began my career at Quality Auto Glass Inc. in 1991 as an installer assistant. I worked my way up and have been managing the
North Plainfield shop since 2003. My specialties include window tinting, tint removal, sunroofs, moon roofs, convertibles, classic and specialty cars.
I just celebrated my seventh
year at Quality Auto Glass Inc. My main responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching, taking phone supply and glass orders, as well as handling insurance claims. I have been in the customer service industry since 1996 and have a certification in Business Administration.
I am a new member of the Quality Auto Glass team and I am very excited about joining! I have been an inside sales representative in the steel construction industry for about eight years. During that time I have established many relationships and friendships in the industry and I am looking forward to establishing more here at Quality Auto Glass. As a customer service representative my goal is to always provide the best service possible. Since the day I started working here, I can tell everyone has the same goal.
